These cover this website. They are not the terms of the game itself — those will come with the game — and they are not Discord’s terms, which is where beta access is handed out and which is between you and Discord.
This site is operated by TSMW DEVELOPMENT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17204316. “We” and “us” below mean that company.
The closed beta
Joining the Discord server costs nothing and guarantees nothing. It is not a purchase, a pre-order, a reservation, or a promise of a key. Places go out in batches, they may be limited, and the beta may be delayed, reduced in scope, or cancelled.
What is on this page is subject to change
Damn, Zombies is in active development. Every figure quoted on this site — prices, health values, round numbers, weapon names — describes the game as it is built today, and any of it may change before release. Nothing here is a specification of the finished game.
Ownership
The Damn, Zombies name, artwork, models, audio and written material on this site belong to TSMW Development Ltd. You are welcome to screenshot the site, quote it and link to it — including in coverage, videos and articles. You may not redistribute the art or the 3D assets as your own, or use them to imply we endorse something.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available, correct, or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any loss arising from using it — to the extent the law allows us to say so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
